Alumni will be updated to include the Calumet Park Rams

The majority of our multi-year participants  further their education after high school.  We have a large number of college graduates and undergraduates who are former Robbins Eagles.   Among them,  here are two names you might be most familiar with:

  • 1999 – 1st Robbins Eagle drafted into the NFL, Joe Montgomery  – Ohio State University – New York Giants

Wade refuses to let his life go by without doing something now. Not before it’s too late, before his true power is gone — the power most athletes lose when they leave the game.

Bill Andrews

Northern Illinois University Football Player

Maybe if I had been somewhere else, I wouldn’t have gotten the same kind of motivation.  So, no, I wouldn’t change anything.  Growing up in Robbins, said Andrews, taught me a lot of things…to never forget where I come from, to respect where I come from.  It taught me that nothing would be handed to me.  I started in football in the fifth grade with the Robbins Eagles.  Those were fun times, Andrews said.In the sixth grade we got to play in the Pop Warner playoffs at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
