SPECIAL PARENT NOTE: It is important that all returning parents register as soon as possible so that the organization can begin planning 2012 events, fundraisers and schedules.

All new players must bring a copy of their Birth Certificates to registration.

Parents can sell raffle tickets to offset the cost of the registration fees.

Your child MUST have a physical dated after 1/1/12 for the 2012 Registration, SO MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR PHYSICALS NOW!
